First Nation Partnerships

Catalysts for economic empowerment, skills development, and long-term community growth.

Shared Value in Clean Energy Transition

At Minsaram Energy, we recognise that true sustainability extends beyond zero-emission technology; it requires the creation of enduring social and economic equity.

We  view First Nations engagement as a compliance as a generational opportunity to redefine how remote infrastructure projects deliver value to Traditional Owners.

The shift from legacy diesel generation to advanced renewable microgrids creates a unique opportunity to build new, highly skilled workforces in remote regions.

Instead of  short-term construction roles, we prioritise the integration of First Nations manpower into the operational lifecycle of our energy assets. We actively engage and employ local community members in the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and site management of our containerised solar and battery systems.

By demystifying advanced technologies like grid-forming inverters and solid-state energy storage, we want to build localised knowledge base that empowers Traditional Owners to manage and eventually own complex clean energy infrastructure across their lands.

Collaboration and Execution

A core pillar of our deployment strategy is integration of established First Nations enterprises into our supply chain. Supporting local Indigenous businesses creates a powerful economic multiplier effect within the community.

To execute our civil works, earthmoving, and specialized site logistics, Minsaram Energy actively collaborates with highly respected, Aboriginal-owned contracting firms, including the Karlayura Group and Eastern Guruma.

Furthermore, we actively explore joint ventures and shared-value models to scale the operational capacity of the Prescribed Body Corporates (PBCs) whose lands we operate on.

Deploying our microgrids, on mining client sites directly contributes to meaningful First Nations employment, capacity building, and supply chain diversity through these verified partnerships.

This strategic alignment provides a transparent, measurable impact that seamlessly integrates into your corporate ESG reporting. Ultimately, this approach satisfies both stringent state regulatory frameworks and the growing expectations of investors, firmly securing your social license to operate for the life of the mine.

According to Supply Nation for every $1 of revenue generated by a Certified Indigenous Supplier, it creates $4.41 of social return
